Price Per Participant
Children one and two:
Swim or Dive: $75
Swim and Dive: $100
3rd child or more:
Swim or Dive: $25
Swim and Dive: $30

At the sign-up there will be:

  • Swim and Dive team sign-up
  • Swim suit and clothing fittings by Middleton Sports and Fitness
  • Social event sign-up

We will have copies of the forms at the sign-up, but if you can print and fill them out ahead of time that is even better!

If you are unable to attend the sign-up, fill out the forms and mail them with payment to the address on the registration form.

All forms, waivers and fees must be received before swimmers and divers can compete. Fees will not be pro-rated.
