I started swimming competitively in the All City League when I was 5 years old at Ridgewood Pool. I went on to swim for James Madison Memorial as well as the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. I love competing in the pool, but I love coaching even more. I believe that the most important things in coaching are to make sure the kids succeed in and out of the pool and that they have FUN everyday.
Outside of swimming and coaching, I am a senior at UW – Eau Claire studying Organizational Communications and American Sign Language and I aspire to be an American Sign Language interpreter. I also enjoy travel, running, and grilled cheese sandwiches.

I have been involved in swimming since 1997. I started swimming at Ridgewood Pool when I was 7, competing in my first All City in 1998. I swam for the YMCA between 2003 and 2008 and briefly with BAC in 2007. During my time at James Madison Memorial I was on the swim team all 4 years, winning the WIAA state tournament 3 of the 4 years and coming in 2nd by just one point my senior year. I started working at Hawks Landing in 2006, and becoming a swim coach in 2009. I also have worked with the dive team for the last three summers. In May I will graduate from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, majoring in geoscience (geology). I look forward to another exciting summer at Hawks Landing!

This will be my fourth summer at Hawks Landing and my second summer coaching. I swam for 11 years at Ridgewood Pool, 4 years on the YMCA club team, and one year at Madison Memorial. I am currently a freshman at University of Wisconsin-Madison and coach for Badger Aquatics Swim Team throughout the school year. I have enjoyed all of my years at Hawks Landing and am looking forward to this upcoming summer. Can’t wait to get this season started and see the kids!
